What If I Don't Want My Item(s) Anymore?

Customized products are not eligible for returns. If your item(s) are non-customized please return them in a secure box that includes your name and order number. Please email help@snapshotballoons.com to confirm your return.

 

We are not responsible for damage to items that are being returned. Postage for return shipping is your responsibility. We will contact you once we have received your item(s) and will complete your refund.
